HOAP

HOAP is the acronym for Homeless Outreach and Advocacy Program, another quality service that Northwest Human Services provides to the community. It is the only full-service program for chronic mentally ill homeless adults in the Mid-Willamette Valley.

In addition to outreach and advocacy, HOAP offers therapeutic and support services that includes:

  • Medication Management
  • Psychiatric Treatment
  • Substance Abuse
  • Skills Training

HOAP drop-in center in downtown Salem offers:

  • Showers
  • Laundry
  • Lunch Program
  • Crisis Intervention
  • Social Outings and Holiday Activities
  • Food, Clothing, and Shelter
