Project (HOAP)
If you, or someone you know, is mentally ill
and homeless, or at risk of homelessness, please contact
HOAP at (503) 588-5827,
Monday thru Friday, 8:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M. for assistance.
HOAP provides psychiatric care including medication management for mentally ill clients; counseling; case management; housing assistance; supported living services; and other services to help those with mental illnesses live stable and productive lives.
HOAP also provides a Day Center where anyone who is homeless can take a shower, have lunch, coffee and snacks, pick up clothing, do laundry, and enroll in and use Community Voicemail services. The Day Center also accepts mail on behalf of homeless individuals who choose to use it as their mailing address.
