Policy: It is the policy of NWHS to protect the privacy of all visitors to its website and to ensure that personal information is not compromised by unauthorized individuals.
1. NWHS maintains strict donor information privacy policies and is committed to protecting the privacy of anyone accessing and/or making a donation through its website.
2. NWHS does not sell, exchange, or rent any personal information to any organization or individual, nor will it divulge personal information to any organization or individual other than that necessary to fully transact online donations.
3. NWHS does not share personal information with telemarketing groups, nor does NWHS use telemarketing to solicit funds.

In order to transact online donations NWHS' third party administrator, Network for Good, will request certain personal information including name, address, e-mail address, credit card number, and expiration date. Network for Good is a Better Business Bureau Accredited Charity and uses industry-leading Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to keep personal information as secure as possible and protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under its control. Network for Good helps to protect donor information by working with partners that provide a secure and safe environment for credit card donations. All information is stored in a secure databse. 5. NWHS may collect non-identifying information from server logs including total number of visitors, pages viewed, type of browser used, and other information available in an aggregated format. NWHS does not however, use cookies on its website, and any information provided to third parties will be provided in the aggregate and contain no personally identifying information.
6. Despite the extensive security measures taken, NWHS may not be able to prevent all loss, misuse, or alteration of information on its site and as such, is not responsible for damages or liabilities relating to such security failures. Although from time-to-time NWHS may make available on its website links to third party sites, it is not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites.
