Primary Care

Serving Salem since 1970, our Patient Centered Medical Home Certified Clinics offer a full range of primary care services for patients of all ages.

We are a Federally Qualified Community Health Center, with a focus on serving low-income, homeless, and un-insured or under-insured individuals and families. At NWHS we believe that everyone deserves quality healthcare no matter their income or socioeconomic status. Our medical clinics are fully integrated with both our mental health and dental clinics offering patients quality coordinated and integrated care. Each of our clinics employ highly qualified, well-trained medical providers including physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, psychiatrists, counselors, behaviorists and an on-site pharmacy consultant, each bringing with them a passion for serving our community. In my career, I’ve found fulfillment in working alongside LGBTQIA2S+ community members, individuals in the criminal justice system, those combating substance use, and individuals exploring trauma processing.

In 2016, I completed my graduate degree at Boise State University, and by 2021, I obtained my license as a Clinical Social Worker. I find joy in working alongside patients, helping them identify barriers to care and building upon their strengths to discover solutions. Outside of work, I love spending quality time with my spouse and our two dogs, whether it’s taking leisurely walks, going on drives, or relaxing at the beach.
