West Salem Clinic & Total Health Community Clinics
Serving Salem since 1970 and 2002 respectively, our Patient Centered Medical Home Certified Clinics offer a full range of primary care services for patients of all ages. As Federally Qualified Community Health Centers, our focus is on serving low-income, homeless and un-insured or under-insured individuals and families. We offer a sliding scale fee program based on income and family size to ensure that nobody is turned away due to their inability to pay.
The medical clinics are fully integrated with our mental health and dental clinics offering patients quality coordinated care. Our clinics employ highly qualified, well-trained medical providers including physicians, physicians assistants, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, psychiatrists, counselors, behaviorists and an on-site pharmacy consultant, each bringing with them a passion for serving our community.

Located within our West Salem Clinic, the QuickCare Clinic opened in 2012 to offer our patients same day appointments for acute issues such as ear infections, sore throats and colds Originally only 3 exam rooms, the QuickCare Clinic has been recently expanded to 7 exam rooms, as well as a large group and community room.

Video Visits | For Patients & Clients
Our Medical, Mental Health, and Psychiatric teams are utilizing video and telephone visits when deemed appropriate. If you have a video visit scheduled, or anticipate having one scheduled in the future, please review the instructions provided below.
The Edgewater Street entrance at the West Salem Clinic is open to those arriving on foot or via Cherriots bus. We ask that all other patients enter the Clinic through the back parking lot entrance to be briefly screened for symptoms of COVID-19. See the map HERE.
Patients at our Total Health Community Clinic will be screened for symptoms of COVID-19 as they enter the building. Those exhibiting symptoms may be referred to our West Salem Clinic for testing. Testing is NOT available at Total Health Community Clinic.
If you have an appointment at West Salem Mental Health Clinic, please stop in the Medical Clinic before your appointment to be screened for symptoms of COVID-19.
Our Medical, Mental Health, and Psychiatric teams are utilizing telephone and video visits when deemed appropriate. Patients will be called to confirm their appointment type based on their symptoms.
The West Salem Dental Clinic is seeing a limited number patients at this time for routine and emergency visits. If you have an appointment at our Dental Clinic, please stop in the Medical Clinic before your appointment to be screened for symptoms of COVID-19.
Please be sure to bring and wear a mask when visiting our sites for your appointments. If you do not have a mask, please let our staff know.
